PIGEON POST - CONDITIONS OF USE

1. THE PIGEON POST SERVICE

Pigeon Post provides an AI-powered platform for the generation, personalization, and physical fulfillment of greeting cards. By using our applications or website, you agree to these conditions on behalf of yourself and those using your account.

2. SUBSCRIPTION & PAYMENTS

  • Subscription Model: Access to certain features, including card generation and "Auto-Select & Send," requires a recurring subscription.
  • Billing: You authorize Pigeon Post to charge your saved payment method for subscription fees and any applicable per-card physical shipping costs.
  • Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled through your "Settings" window.

3. AI GENERATION & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • AI Content: Pigeon Post utilizes large language and multimodal models to generate card text and imagery based on your inputs (e.g., recipient, occasion, and emotion).
  • Learning Engine: Our system learns your preferences over time to provide tailored recommendations. You grant Pigeon Post the right to use your selections and feedback to improve the efficiency of your "Recipient Vault".
  • Use Restrictions: You may not use AI-generated content from Pigeon Post to develop or improve competing machine learning models.
  • Electronic Signatures: By using the "Electronic Signature" feature, you authorize Pigeon Post to reproduce your digital signature on physical cards sent on your behalf.

4. THE RECIPIENT VAULT (FRIENDS LIST)

  • Data Accuracy: You are responsible for the accuracy of the contact information and dates (e.g., birthdays, anniversaries) stored in your friends list.
  • Auto-Select & Send: When enabled, you authorize our AI to select a card design and tone based on your historical preferences and automatically ship it to the recipient's saved address.

5. SHIPPING & RISK OF LOSS

  • Physical Fulfillment: All physical greeting cards are manufactured and shipped through third-party fulfillment partners.
  • Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for physical cards pass to you once we deliver the item to the carrier (e.g., USPS, FedEx, or regional post).

6. USER CONTENT & ADVERTISING

  • User Uploads: You may upload personal photos and text for card customization, provided the content is not illegal, obscene, or infringing on intellectual property.
  • Advertising: The Service may include integrated advertisements. Non-premium users may experience ads within the card generation flow.

7. PRIVACY & DATA SAFETY

Please review our Flight Path Privacy Notice, which details how we collect and protect your "Recipient Vault" data and payment information.

8. DISPUTES & APPLICABLE LAW

Any dispute relating to your use of Pigeon Post Services will be adjudicated in the state or Federal courts in King County, Washington, under the laws of the state of Washington.
