Is this actually personalized, or just a template?: Actually personalized. We start with the photo you upload and generate an original illustration in your chosen style: watercolor, cartoon, painterly, vintage, modern, and more. No template, no name-swap.
Can it come from both parents?: Yes. Sign as both parents, as just one of you, as siblings, or as the whole household. Sign-off is fully editable before send.
How much does a card cost?: $19.99/year subscription, then $1.78 per card sent, everything included (custom art render, envelope, stamp, USPS mailing). A premium retail birthday card runs roughly $5–9 all-in (card $4–8 + stamp), so Pigeon Post is about 65–70% cheaper per card. Your first card is free.
How long does delivery take?: USPS first-class typically 3–5 business days in the US. You can also schedule the card to arrive on a specific date (birthday, anniversary, whatever) so it lands the day it should.
What's the QR code on the card?: Optional: record a 15-second video and we print a QR code on the inside of the card. When the recipient scans it with their phone, your video plays.
Can I send the card without subscribing?: Yes, your first card is free, no subscription required. After that, the $19.99/year membership unlocks unlimited sends at $1.78 each.
