Common questions

When do I need to order for Father's Day delivery?
Order by 11:59 PM ET Thursday, June 18 for Sunday, June 21 delivery in the US.
Is this actually personalized, or just a template?
It's actually personalized. We start with the photo you upload and generate original art from it in your chosen style — watercolor, cartoon, painterly, vintage, modern, and more. No template, no name-swap.
How much does a card cost?
$19.99/year subscription, then $1.78 per card — everything included (custom art, envelope, stamp, USPS mailing). A premium retail Father's Day card runs roughly $5–9 all-in (card $4–8 + stamp), so Pigeon Post is about 65–70% cheaper per card — and you skip the trip to the store. Send unlimited. Your first card is free.
Can I send a Father's Day card without subscribing?
Your first card is free, no subscription required.
Will it arrive in time?
If you order by Thursday, June 18 in the US, yes — Sunday delivery via USPS.
What if I want to write the message myself?
You can. Or tap "AI Message" and we'll draft something heartfelt you can edit.
What's the QR code on the card for?
Record a 15-second video — your voice, the kids singing, a thank-you you can't say in person — and we print a QR code on the inside of the card. When Dad scans it with his phone, your video plays. The card stops being just paper and starts being a portal you sent.
Can I have the card shipped to me instead of to Dad?
Yes. At checkout, choose whether we mail the card straight to him (default) or ship it to you first so you can hand-deliver it, sign it in person, or include it with another gift. Same card, your pick on the delivery path.
