Common questions

Where are Pigeon Post cards actually printed?
Every Pigeon Post card is illustrated, printed, and mailed inside the United States. We work with a US-based commercial print partner and use USPS first-class for fulfillment.
Why does USA-made matter for greeting cards?
Two reasons. One: cards are an emotional product — customers tell us they care that what they send was made by people in their country, with attention to craft. Two: shorter feedback loops. We can fix quality issues faster, run smaller print runs, and adjust our cards based on actual customer reaction rather than waiting on offshore manufacturing cycles.
Are the materials also USA-sourced?
Cardstock, envelopes, and ink are sourced from US suppliers where possible. We're transparent that not every input across our supply chain is fully domestic — we prioritize what's practical and meaningful, not what's marketing-perfect.
How long does USPS delivery take?
USPS first-class is typically 3-5 business days inside the US. We mail within 24 hours of order. You can also schedule the card to arrive on a specific date at checkout.
How much does a card cost?
$19.99/year subscription, then $1.78 per card. Your first card is free.
Can I send the card without subscribing?
Yes — your first card is free, no subscription required.
